Section 1: Acceptance of Terms

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of cmhairreplacementco.com (the “Site”), operated by CM Hair + Replacement Co. (“CM,” “we,” “us”). By browsing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

These Terms govern general use of the marketing Site only. If you enroll in a CM course, your purchase is separately governed by our Course Enrollment Terms, which take precedence for anything related to your course purchase and access.

Section 2: Informational & Educational Nature of the Site

The Site is provided to inform visitors about CM’s professional hairstylist education and to allow enrollment in our courses. Content on the Site — including descriptions of Mesh Integration and Meshless Integration, educator background, and student testimonials — is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and individual results from applying techniques taught by CM vary based on many factors outside CM’s control, including the stylist’s own skill, practice, and client-specific circumstances.

Section 3: Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, photography, video, page layout, and CM’s name, logo, and branding — are owned by CM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Section 4: Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems; use automated tools to scrape or extract Site content without permission; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; or use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Section 5: Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services (for example, our course platform, payment processor, or social media). We don’t control these third parties and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of any third-party site or service is subject to that party’s own terms.

Section 6: Accuracy & Availability

We work to keep Site content accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times, and pricing, course details, and offerings shown on the Site may be superseded by the information shown on the actual Kajabi enrollment/checkout page at the time of your purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Section 7: Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. CM does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CM and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Section 9: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CM harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent such claims result from your own actions.

Section 10: Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 11: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Before filing a claim, we ask that you first contact us at contact@cmhairreplacementco.com and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 30 days) to resolve the issue informally and in good faith.

Section 12: Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
