Course Enrollment Terms

CM Hair + Replacement Co. — Mesh Integration / Meshless Integration Training

Version 1.0 — Effective Date: August 13, 2026 — Last Updated: August 13, 2026

These Course Enrollment Terms (“Course Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (the “Student” or “you”) and CM Hair + Replacement Co. (“CM,” “we,” “us”) and govern your purchase and use of CM’s Mesh Integration and Meshless Integration training programs (each, the “Course”), delivered through our course platform (currently Kajabi). By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Course Terms and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, each incorporated here by reference. Our Privacy Policy is also made available to you at checkout and describes how we collect, use, and share your information; by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the Privacy Policy has been made available to you and that you have had the opportunity to review it. The Privacy Policy is a disclosure of our data practices, not a contract term — it does not modify your or CM’s rights or obligations under these Course Terms.

Section 1: Course Description

CM’s Course is professional continuing-skills education in Mesh Integration and/or Meshless Integration techniques for hairstylists and extension professionals, delivered primarily through online video instruction with a structured mannequin-to-model practice progression, personalized feedback on submitted coursework, and access to a community/Q&A component as described on the enrollment page for the specific offer you purchase. Exact curriculum contents, format, and included features are as described on the Kajabi enrollment page current at the time of your purchase.

CM does not guarantee any specific business outcome, client volume, or income as a result of completing the Course. Results depend on your own effort, existing skill, market, and many factors outside CM’s control.

Section 2: Eligibility & Professional Audience

This Course is designed for individuals already working as licensed hairstylists or extension professionals. You are solely responsible for determining whether you hold any license or credential required in your jurisdiction to perform the services described in the Course, and for understanding and complying with your own state or local scope-of-practice and licensing requirements. Completion of this Course does not itself confer any professional license.

Section 3: Student Account & Personal License

When you enroll, CM grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Course materials for your own individual educational use. This license is granted to you as an individual purchaser for use on your own individual account and is not transferable and does not include a salon-wide or team license, except where CM has expressly agreed to a separate group/team arrangement in writing.

Nothing in this license prevents you from applying the skills and general knowledge you personally learn in your own professional practice — this license restricts redistribution of CM’s specific course materials (Section 5), not your ability to use what you’ve learned.

Section 4: Account Sharing

Your enrollment is for one individual. You agree not to: share your login credentials with any other person; allow another person to access the Course using your account; purchase a single enrollment intending it to be used by multiple students; or redistribute private or unlisted course links to anyone who has not separately enrolled.

If CM identifies a violation of this section, CM may suspend or terminate the violating account, without a refund of amounts already paid, consistent with Section 12.

Section 5: Intellectual Property

All videos, written materials, worksheets, diagrams, photography, graphics, and other original course content (the “Course Materials”) are owned by CM or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You agree not to: copy, redistribute, resell, or publish the Course Materials; screen-record, download outside of CM’s intended platform delivery, or otherwise duplicate the Course Materials; share private or unlisted Course Materials or links with anyone who hasn’t enrolled; remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notice on the Course Materials; or use the Course Materials to create or support a competing training program.

What this section does not cover: CM does not claim ownership of the general Mesh Integration or Meshless Integration technique, hair-replacement concepts, or industry procedures themselves, or of your own independent professional skill and judgment. Consistent with U.S. copyright law, ideas, methods, and procedures are not protectable by copyright — only CM’s specific original expression of them (its actual videos, written text, diagrams, and materials) is protected under this section. You are free to practice and further develop your own professional technique; you may not copy or redistribute CM’s specific materials.

Section 6: Payment Plans & Future Charge Authorization

CM’s enrollment options may include a one-time payment in full, or a fixed-installment payment plan (for example, a 2-payment or multi-payment plan), as shown on the specific offer you select at checkout. A payment plan is a way of paying the total fixed course price over a defined, limited number of scheduled installments — it is not an open-ended or cancel-anytime subscription or membership, and it has a defined number of payments and a defined end date shown to you at checkout.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize CM’s payment processor to automatically charge your payment method on file according to the schedule shown at checkout, for the total number of installments shown, until the full course price has been paid. Discontinuing your participation in the Course does not, by itself, cancel or reduce your obligation to pay the remaining scheduled installments of the fixed total price you agreed to at enrollment.

Some enrollment options may also let you pay through a third-party buy-now-pay-later provider (for example, Klarna or Afterpay) offered at checkout. If you choose one of these options, your payment agreement for those installments is with that third-party provider under its own terms, not with CM directly; CM receives payment from the provider and is not the creditor for that arrangement.

Section 7: Failed or Missed Payments

If a scheduled installment payment fails, our payment processor may automatically attempt to retry the charge, and you may receive an email asking you to update your payment method. As of the effective date of these Course Terms, CM does not automatically suspend course access solely because a single scheduled payment fails — but CM reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if payment becomes significantly overdue and is not resolved after CM has made reasonable attempts to contact you. Suspending access for nonpayment does not eliminate your underlying obligation to pay the full remaining balance of a payment plan you agreed to.

If you paid using a third-party BNPL provider (Klarna, Afterpay, etc.), that provider’s own retry and collections practices apply to those installments, separate from CM’s own practices described above.

Section 8: Course Access

Upon successful enrollment, you will generally receive access to the Course as described on the specific offer’s enrollment/checkout page current at the time of your purchase (for example, immediate access, or access beginning as of a stated date). CM’s current practice is to provide Course access for a minimum stated period from your purchase date as shown at checkout, and CM does not currently set an automatic expiration on most enrollments beyond that stated minimum — access generally continues for as long as CM continues to offer and support this specific Course. CM reserves the right to update, replace, or retire specific modules or materials, and to migrate the Course to a different hosting platform, with reasonable efforts to preserve your access and notify you of material changes. CM does not reserve an unlimited right to arbitrarily terminate a paying student’s access without cause; access may be suspended or terminated for a violation of these Course Terms as described in Section 12.

Section 9: Certification

If you complete the Course, including any required mannequin and/or model coursework, you may request a certificate of completion from CM, subject to CM’s review and approval and within your active access period. A CM certificate of completion reflects completion of CM’s own private curriculum only. It is not a government-issued cosmetology license, a medical credential, a state-board-approved continuing education credit, or any other third-party accreditation, unless CM has separately and expressly obtained such approval and stated so in writing. You remain solely responsible for confirming what, if anything, your state licensing board will recognize.

Section 10: Community Conduct

If your enrollment includes access to a community, group chat, or coaching calls, you agree to participate respectfully. Negative or harmful conduct directed at CM’s trainers or other students is not permitted and may result in removal from community spaces, at CM’s discretion, without affecting the underlying course-access rights described in Section 8.

Section 11: Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us first at contact@cmhairreplacementco.com so we have the opportunity to help resolve it directly. If a payment is reversed through your bank or card issuer other than through an authorized refund from CM, CM may suspend your Course access until the matter is resolved, and reversing a single installment payment does not, by itself, change or eliminate your underlying agreement to pay the total fixed course price described in Section 6. Nothing in this section is intended to interfere with any right you have under applicable law or your card issuer’s rules to dispute an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction — this section addresses ordinary billing disagreements, not unauthorized-use disputes.

Section 12: Termination

CM may suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you materially violate these Course Terms (for example, account sharing or unauthorized redistribution of Course Materials), after reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the Course at any time; doing so does not cancel any outstanding payment-plan obligation described in Section 6, and is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Section 13: Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Course Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Before filing a claim, please contact us at contact@cmhairreplacementco.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity (at least 30 days) to resolve the issue in good faith. If a dispute isn’t resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Section 14: Policy Versioning

These Course Terms are versioned. The version and effective date you accepted at checkout govern your purchase, even if these Course Terms are later updated. See CM’s internal policy-version register for archived versions.
